Renton Cosmetic Dentist

At the end of 2005, Dr Timmerman moved his Renton Dental practice 2 miles to a much more accessible location. The Tukwila location was more functional and more convenient, but it IS a new city and the extra stop light made the drive an extra 4 minutes for some.

The drive is worth it. With all of the modern conveniences that the new office offers those 2 miles are an afterthought. Dr Timmerman is a family dentist and can treat the entire family, not just adults seeking cosmetic enhancements.

Dental Fear

Let’s face it.  People hate seeing the dentist.  Dr Timmerman gets told that ALL the time.

Even people that aren’t scared of the person in the white coat hate to go.  What about the people that are TERRIFIED of the dentist.  If the others hate it, these people must despise the visit.

So much so that they just won’t go.  Over time, this neglect can lead to some serious oral problems, many of which have systemic (entire body) problems.  Dental neglect can lead to DEATH (I’m not exaggerating.  Look it up).

Dental fear and dental anxiety can be overcome!  I don’t mean by simply “sucking it up”, but actually overcome.  Dental conscious sedation can allow even the most fearful person to get needed dental care.  Usually a simple pill is all that is needed (sometimes more), but can you imagine getting dental work done and having NO memory of the visit?
